6. Intellectual Property

7. Responsibilities and Warranties

– Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.

7.3 Client Obligations

– The client is responsible for the content published on their website and for their use of the hosting services.
8. Termination
– Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a serious breach by the other party of its obligations, after a formal notice has remained without effect for 30 days.
– In the event of termination, the client must pay the amounts due for services already provided.
9. Changes to the Terms of Use

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
